What is the Monster Rock Wall?
The Monster Rock Wall is a 24-foot tall, 4-sided “Rock Mountain” and a safe fun and realistic rock climbing experience right at your event, convention, business, or party!

Is this safe?
Yes! The Monster Rock Wall was manufactured and is maintained to the highest standards. The "Auto-Belay" is made by Spectrum Sports Int'l - the innovator and original manufacture of the air/oil hydraulic dual redundant belay system. The new Generation 4 Auto-Belay system has been tried and tested with millions of safe climbs. They can be used indoors or outdoors.  Our Monster Rock Wall crew is trained to ensure a safe and positive experience. Bottom line - this is very safe.

Again, is it safe?
Yes!  Yes!  Yes!! The Monster Rock Wall features the unique, patented “Auto Belay System” a tremendous innovation in climbing safety. Unlike other climbing walls that rely on hand-held belayers, the “Auto Belay System” uses steel cable and automatic braking mechanics to ensure that every climber has constant, reliable control. Over two million climbers (and still counting!!) have enjoyed climbing these walls.

Ok, so what does "Auto-Belay" mean?
This is the hydraulic cable safety system that the climber hooks up to. It allows them to automatically and safely descend to the ground on their own. It also allows the Monster Rock Wall crew to concentrate on coaching and encouraging the climber instead of using a rope to manually control their descent.

Is there a minimum or maximum age?
The Monster Rock Wall is suitable for all ages and abilities. We have had children as young as 3 years old and adults as old as 75+ make it to the top! For birthday parties, our experience has shown that children 6 years of age and older have the most fun climbing. The Monster Rock Wall can be set-up with routes that suit beginners or with routes that will challenge the most athletic and experienced climbers. Incidentally, if you’re over 75, you get to climb for free. It is a great way for us to promote our climbing wall.

Is there a weight limit?
The Monster Rock Wall is for climbers between 40 and 250 lbs.  If a child is strong enough to pull themselves up the wall they can climb. We will help the younger climbers ascend to a certain degree. However, the child needs to do most of the work. In some situations a secondary rope will be added to assist the climber back to the ground.  We don't recommend that people climb that are heavier than 250 lbs.

Do we need rock climbing experience?
No! The Monster Rock Wall is designed to meet the needs of novice through expert climbers. We provide beginner, intermediate or advanced routes depending on your needs. Climbers as young as three years and over 75 years of age have enjoyed climbing the Monster Rock Wall.

What about supervision?
Our climbmasters supervise, coach and encourage the climbers. Only the climbers are allowed in the climb zone so they receive total attention. Our personnel inspect and recheck each climber’s harness and gear before each climb.

Do you have Insurance?
The Monster Rock Wall is fully insured and can provide all clients with a certificate of insurance from our provider.

Do you do Private Parties?
Yes.  Are you tired of inflatable jump rooms and slides? Treat your kids (or your Inner Child) to a party they’ll always remember. Other than the simple fun of climbing to the top, our staff will offer your climbers fun challenging games and races! We can even give prizes (you provide) to everyone who tries their best!

What about Corporate Events?
Treat your employees to a fun, extreme adventure at your next Company Picnic or Health Fair. Want to attract a crowd? Do you go to School and Church Functions?
Yes!  We are proud to be a feature at Lower Township and Middle Township Elementary Schools DARE Days!  Schools and church groups all over the country have been hosting their harvest festivals, sober grad nights, and other fun events with climbing walls. Need a new activity for your summer camp? Having the Monster Rock Wall is a great way to increase the attendance at your camp as well as having an activity that is safe, fun, and intrinsically builds confidence in kids of all ages. Are you available for Fund Raisers?
No, due to our very busy schedule, we are not be available for fundraisers.  On occasion we have given 100% of our profits to charities that we personally support.  These have included the Forgotten Warriors Museum at the Cape May Airport and Lower Cape May Little League among others.  We have also donated the Monster Rock Wall for Lower Township's National Night Out and cancer fundraisers.

What are the Monster Rock Wall Rental Rates?
Our rates start at $200 per hour (with a minimum number of hours which varies by season/day of the week) with specials for different events, organizations and locations. Please contact us for a quote.

What is the Monster Rock Wall’s Availability?
Due to extreme demand during the summer season (Memorial Day thru Labor Day), we recommend that you reserve the Monster Rock Wall at least two months before your planned event day(s). If possible, include an alternative event date.

How much room do I need?
The Monster Rock Wall requires no overhead obstructions up to 25'.  The footprint of the trailer is 24' long by 8' wide.  We need at least 8 feet of clearance around the wall for the climbers.  Always allow additional area in front of the Monster Rock Wall for crowds to gather.  Our truck tows the Monster Rock Wall into place on a tandem axel trailer.  Tight turns sometimes prohibit our truck from maneuvering into a tight place. 

Does it take long to set up?
Just 10-15 minutes and the Monster Rock Wall is ready for climbers. The Monster Rock Wall is a self-contained unit on its own trailer. You can place the Monster Rock Wall in a parking lot, lawn, or any flat area!
